Then I had my “Last Bad Day” when I almost died after getting hit by an SUV while on an early morning cycling training ride. Yeah, pretty bad day.
As I laid on the asphalt, fighting for my life, I told myself that things would be different if I lived.
Spoiler Alert: I ended up not dying.
During my recovery, I realized something - this whole “climbing the corporate ladder and chasing happiness” thing was making me miserable.
So, I decided to go back to acting like a human BEing and not a human DOer - I was determined to become the wealthiest person I knew, but this time from the inside out.
Shifting into a stress-free mindset changed my life. In a few short years, I was not only the youngest member of my executive committee, but I was also responsible for $4 billion in revenue and a team of nearly a thousand sales professionals.
On top of that, I was living with the intention to become:
The best husband.
The best dad.
And the best leader that I could be.
These things helped me stay present, happy, and grateful, even during my most challenging days.
Throughout my career, I’ve met so many people who have struggled as I did with their professional development. They didn’t know what to do or where to turn.
So, here I am - armed with wisdom and ready to stand by your side in the trenches as you cultivate a new mindset, energy, and work ethic.
I created The Pace Line Leadership Academy for people like you because people like you have the ability to slay average and create a better tomorrow.
Let’s make you the wealthiest person you know, from the inside out.
Have fun storming the castle,
